Biography:

Dr. Yarboro is currently a Physician Supervisor in the Dept. of Human Services, Public Health Division, of Arlington County, Va., as well as consultant physician for the Commonwealth of Virginia, Dept. of Mental Health and Retardation. Dr. Yarboro earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1980 and completed his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia in 1983. He earned an MBA in business and management from Johns Hopkins University in 2005.
