Head & Spine Injury Center

A head or spinal injury can cause severe brain and nerve damage. Internal, or traumatic brain injuries, include concussions. Symptoms of a head or spine injury vary, ranging from minor headaches and dizziness to coma and paralysis. Medications may help reduce swelling, but head and neck bracing may be needed to stabilize injuries.
