Eating Disorders Center

Eating disorders are any condition that involves serious problem behaviors with food. They are commonly associated with under-eating or vomiting of food after meals (as may occur with anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa). They may also involve overeating or taking extreme measure to prevent weight gain such as excessive exercise or laxative abuse (collectively called purging).
